How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal, or checks and money orders for all orders. Orders paid by checks for items under $20.00 that are in stock will be shipped out next day after receipt of check. For orders over $20.00 we will generally  process orders after the funds have been verified.

Will I need to pay sales tax?
No.  There will be no sales tax on any items you receive no matter where the items are shipped to.

What will my shipping charges be?
We generally ship all items out via US Postal Service Priority Mail which will range from $4.65 to $12.95 plus a .75 cent handling fee. Overnight delivery is available on all in stock items at an additional cost. Total orders of 5lbs or more will require additional shipping charge or may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.

What if I need to return my order?
You may return the item(s) for a refund or credit within 10 days of receiving. Returns must be accompanied with shipping invoice and in original packaging. Please notify us via email if you choose to return an item, this will speed up the return process. Your shipping charges will be refunded if the item is being returned due to our error.  After we receive your return it will generally take 3-5 days to process your refund. All refunds will be credited based on original tender.

What if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to have all items available for shipping the day after your order but, because our items are all hand poured one at a time it may take longer. If for some reason the item(s) you selected are not available we will contact you via email and provide you with an estimated time of arrival, generally it should be no more than 5 days except on special orders. 

What if I have a Special Color or Item Request?
You can provide us with a sample if you would like us to match the color(s) and we will be glad to do so.  It will usually take up to 10 days for any special colors which require "Special Pours" or imbedded rattles to be shipped. We will also consider purchasing additional molds if there is a particular item you would like, please call for more information.
